There are various interpretations of various interpretations of various interpretations regarding the content of the chair verse, among which as attached:
Allah is the Dzat to whom no one has the right to face except Him, the All-living One who has the whole perfect essence of life, according to His majesty, again the All-governing all things, not sleepy and sleepless. All that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth belongs to Him. No one dares to come forward to intercede by His side except with His permission. His knowledge encompasses all existing beings, which exist in the past, present and future. He knows the things that will happen before the creatures in the form of things that happen in the future, and what has happened behind them in the form of things of the past. And none of the creatures knows the least of His knowledge other than what God taught and appeared to him. And the seat of God covers the heavens and the earth. And this chair is the place of the two legs of Allah jalla jalaluh. And no one knows its form but God. Keeping both is not burdensome to God. And He is supreme with His Dzat and attributes above all His creatures, who gather all the qualities of His majesty and greatness. This verse is the greatest verse in the Quran and is called the Chair Verse. (Tafsir al-Muyassar)
God is Żat who has no god who has the right to be worshipped but Him alone and is second to none. The Almighty with a perfect life, no death and no flaws. The All-Taking Care, the One Who Takes Care of all things alone, does not need the help of any of His creatures. It is because of Him that all these beings can stand, so that they all need Him under any circumstances. He was never stricken with drowsiness and never slept, because of the perfection of his nature of life and stewardship. He is the only owner of what is in the heavens and on the earth. No one can intercede to anyone else by His side except after obtaining His permission and blessing. He knows all the affairs of His creatures that have happened in the past and that have not happened in the future. They do not know what God knows except for a small part that He wants Him to show them. His chair -that is, the place of the two legs of the Rabb- covers the whole heaven and this vast and great earth. He never felt any objections or difficulties to keep the two. And He is Supreme in Żat and His attributes, again Supreme in His kingdom and dominion. (Tafsir al-Mukhtashar)
Allah is the only Dzat entitled to be worshipped, who has the right to be God, Dzat the Most Eternal life forever, Dzat who has the power to govern, guard and care for His creatures. He was not overwritten and overpowered by drowsiness and sleep. His is the whole heaven and earth as a kingdom, a creation and a servant. No one can give intercession except by His saizin. His knowledge encompasses all things in the world and the hereafter. His knowledge or His power encompasses all things. The act of guarding the heavens and the earth did not burden and disturb Him. He is the Most High Dzat of his maqam, the Almighty again the All-Conquering. He is the Dzat who has unmatched nobility, greatness, and majesty. Imam Muslim narrated in his shahih from Ubay bin Ka'b that the Prophet SAW said about the verse of the chair regarding its meaning: "Verily the verse of the chair is as glorious as the verse of the book of Allah Almighty" (Tafsir al-Wajiz)
(God, no God but Him) That is, no one has the right to be worshipped except Him. (The One Who Lives Eternally ) That is the opposite of the word from death. And God has a perfect life that does not disappear or change. And His life has no shortage. الْقَيُّومُ ۚ ( again constantly taking care of (His creatures)) That is, who always takes care of and cares for His creatures. سِنَةٌ ( not sleepy) That is what happens before going to bed like Tired and closing them both eyes. (No one can give intercession on God's side without His permission ) That is, none of His creatures is able to benefit his creatures who are able to benefit his creaturesothers with intercession or others as long as Allah has not allowed the intercessor. (Allah knows what is before them ) That is what is before them is the afterlife. وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ (and behind them ) That is, life in the world. (The Seat of God includes (heaven and earth)) Narrated from Ibn Abbas:al-Kursi is the place of both feet. And narrated from Imam Bukhari of Said ibn Jubair, al-Kursi is His science; this opinion is corroborated by Imam at-Thabari. And another opinion says, al-Kursi is 'Arsy itself. (And Allah does not feel heavy maintaining both ) That is, the care of heaven and earth does not burden Allah Ta'ala, and get not the least trouble from it. الْعَلِىُّ ( and Allah is All-High) That is the Most High of His creatures with His height and His dominion over them. This verse is also called the chair verse, and it is narrated by the shahih hadiths that this verse is the most important verse in the Qur'an. It is from Ubay ibn Ka'ab that the Messenger of Allah asked him: which verse do you think in the book of Allah is the foremost verse? Then he replied: the verse of the chair. The Messenger of Allah said: "May knowledge be made easier for you, Abu Munzir". And from Asma' binti Yazid bin as-Sakan he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah say in these two verses (الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم) and (آلم الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم) that in it there is the most glorious name of God. (Zubdatut Tafsir)
This verse is the Chair verse. A verse that contains something very sublime. There is a hadith that shohih from Rosululloh Sholallohu 'alaihi wasalam which mentions that this verse is the foremost verse in the book of Allah (Quran).
"God, there is no God (who has the right to be worshipped) but he who lives eternally again constantly taking care of (His creatures)"
That is to say, God tells us that He is the only singular god that is obliged to be worshipped by all nature, singular in His uluhiyah. He is a God whose life is eternal and never dies forever, who controls all that is. Thus all that is in this world desperately needs Him, whereas He does not need them at all, will not be upright all without His command. All of these beings are His creations, and He is the one who governs them entirely. As He said:
"And among the signs of His dominion is the standing of the heavens and the earth with His iradah" (QS. Ar-Rum : 25)
"Not sleepy and not sleeping"
That is, He survived defects (deficiencies), candor and omissions in caring for His creatures. Even on the contrary, He always takes care of and pays attention to what each individual does. And He always watched all things—nothing was hidden from Him. And among the perfections of His nature is that He is never defeated (overpowered) by drowsiness. Therefore He also said "And neither sleep". Because sleep is stronger than sleepiness.
In the hadith that shohih narrated by Abu Musa, has said:
قام فينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بأربع كلمات فقال : " إن الله لا ينام ولا ينبغي له أن ينام ، يخفض القسط ويرفعه ، يرفع إليه عمل النهار قبل عمل الليل ، وعمل الليل قبل عمل النهار ، حجابه النور أو النار لو كشفه لأحرقت سبحات وجهه ما انتهى إليه بصره من خلقه
